E-LEAD adopts the Toyota production management system （or the so-called “lean production”）, devotes itself to supply chain management, the reduction of waste, the lowering of cost, and constant improvement, and drastically promotes source utilization and periods. During every production flow, the Toyota production system and TS16949 quality requirements are followed. Detailed arrangement has been made for each work flow and the contents of each work station so as to ensure the smooth operation of the production procedure and stability of the quality, satisfy the customers’ requirements for quality and terms of delivery, and send the excellent products to the customers at a fast speed and with perfect services.
