Due to its patented electrical shaft design,
one-piece combiner type HUD is the smallest device of its type in the world at 0.6 liters of device volume,
compared to the 1.6 litres typically found throughout the industry.
Typically, installing devices behind the dashboard would affect the air conditioning systems,
resulting in disrupted air flow and excess noise.
With E-LEAD's extremely small product size,
the disruption is minimal,
and is a big point of consideration for manufacturers adopting the HUD.
Using a 1.8 inch TFT
The 480x240 full colour resultion emulates a 9 inch transparent screen at a distance of 2 meters away,
resulting in a screen size that is large for the industry.
The system can display Mandarin Chinese characters and full colour images in addition to navigation systems,
a speedometer, music playback information,
and road information.
The electrical shaft structure allows for electrical adjustment and memory of viewing angles,
and also acts as a preventative measure to manual damage.
